Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Store Design Senior Associate to drive visual excellence and spatial strategy across its retail environments in Buenos Aires. This role bridges creative vision and operational execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement cohesive brand narratives through innovative store design and merchandise presentation.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute store design concepts that align with brand identity and seasonal campaign objectives
- Collaborate with visual merchandising, retail operations, and marketing teams to ensure consistent brand expression across locations
- Create detailed specifications and technical drawings for store layouts, fixtures, and display installations
- Oversee the implementation of design directives, conducting quality audits and ensuring compliance with brand standards
- Analyze retail metrics and customer flow patterns to optimize spatial planning and product visibility
- Mentor junior design staff and provide creative guidance on visual presentation initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts, Interior Design, Retail Design, Architecture, or related field
- Minimum 4–6 years of professional experience in retail design, visual merchandising, or store environment strategy
- Advanced proficiency in design software (CAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, or equivalent)
- Demonstrated expertise in color theory, spatial composition, and brand communication principles
- Strong project management capabilities with ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously
- Fluency in Spanish and English required

Minimum 4–6 years of professional experience in retail design, visual merchandising, store environment strategy, or a closely related creative discipline within the luxury goods, beauty, or fashion sectors. Prior experience with multi-unit rollouts and implementation of brand-wide design standards is preferred.
Education
