Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an intern to join its Store Design and Visual Merchandising team in the cosmetics and fragrance sector. The intern will support retail visual merchandising strategies, store layouts and displays, market research, design presentations and store evaluations. This is an internship.
Role & Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing visual merchandising strategies to enhance the customer shopping experience across retail channels.
- Collaborate with the design team on store layouts and displays, including design, drawing and 3D development.
- Support the execution of seasonal and promotional displays in line with brand guidelines.
- Conduct market research on industry trends and competitors’ latest designs and trends.
- Assist in preparing design presentations and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Participate in store visits to evaluate store designs and visual merchandising standards and provide feedback.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion Design, Architecture or a related field.
- Strong creative and artistic skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD and 3D software, including SketchUp and V-Ray, is a plus.
- Passion for the cosmetics and fragrance industry.
- Passion for the retail sector.

Currently pursuing a degree in Visual Merchandising, Interior Design, Fashion Design, Architecture or a related field.
