As Stock Associate for The Estée Lauder Companies, you will be an integral part of the sales team, ensuring that stock is readily available to meet customer needs. The role encompasses maintaining the highest standards of operational effectiveness, including keeping the stockroom clean and well-organized, and managing inventory with precision. This part-time position offers an opportunity to contribute to the seamless retail operations of a global prestige beauty portfolio spanning Estée Lauder, MAC, Clinique, Jo Malone London, TOM FORD Beauty, and other premium brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Maintain adequate stock levels and ensure merchandise is readily available to support sales floor operations
- Organize and manage the stockroom to meet operational standards, ensuring cleanliness and efficient inventory accessibility
- Execute effective inventory management procedures in compliance with company guidelines and systems
- Support the sales team by fulfilling stock requests and facilitating efficient merchandise flow
- Monitor stock levels and communicate inventory needs to management
- Perform receiving, labeling, and storage of incoming merchandise in accordance with inventory protocols
Qualifications
- Previous stock management experience, preferably within a retail environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in the United States

Experience
Previous stock management experience preferred, ideally within a retail environment.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
