The Estée Lauder Companies seeks an experienced and inspirational Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring the seamless operation of a prestige beauty retail location. This supervisory role demands exceptional coaching and mentoring capabilities to lead the sales team by example, delivering inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service whilst achieving all sales and customer service objectives. The Key Holder will manage essential cash reconciliation procedures at opening and closing, oversee store operations during assigned shifts, and serve as a training resource for the sales team. Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure efficient daily store operations
- Lead and mentor the sales team using exemplary coaching techniques to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Perform opening and closing store procedures on a rotating basis, including cash reconciliation and security protocols
- Model and reinforce inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service behaviors across the team
- Manage point-of-sale operations and cash handling with accuracy and accountability
- Monitor inventory and visual merchandising standards throughout assigned shifts
- Train sales associates on product knowledge and customer engagement techniques
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Previous supervisory or lead experience involving coaching and mentoring others
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Comfort with fast-paced retail environments and multi-tasking
- Cash handling and reconciliation experience
Skills
Experience
Previous retail experience is required, ideally within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Prior supervisory or lead role experience involving coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures is strongly desirable.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 18.98 to USD 31.63 per hour.
