Role & Responsibilities
- Lead by example to model desired customer service behaviors and drive sales team performance
- Coach and mentor sales associates to deliver authentic, personalized customer service and achieve sales targets
- Execute opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation and register management
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in store operations, inventory management, and compliance
- Maintain retail floor standards, visual merchandising, and customer-facing areas
- Process transactions using point-of-sale software and manage cash handling accurately
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Ability to obtain proof of right to work in the United States
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures (desirable)
- Previous supervisory or coaching experience (desirable)
