Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of distribution center associates to ensure optimal productivity and engagement
- Monitor work area operations to maintain safety, quality, and efficiency standards in accordance with company policies

Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of progressively responsible experience in distribution center operations, warehouse management, or logistics supervision; prior lead or supervisory role in a unionized or non-unionized distribution environment preferred.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent (GED); some college-level coursework or professional certifications in supply chain management a plus.
