Estée Lauder Companies Senior Supply Planner

Role & Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a team responsible for inventory management and supply chain execution across brands within the UK region
• Collaborate with Demand Planning, EMEA Commercial Regional Supply Management, Brands, and Finance to generate balanced supply plans via the IBP process
• Drive talent development, succession planning, and recruitment initiatives within the supply planning function
• Oversee the planning and delivery of finished goods supply from EMEA West Hub to the UK distribution center (DHL Coventry)
• Achieve and maintain Customer Service and Fill Rates targets across assigned portfolio
• Define tactics and action plans to achieve regional inventory and service level KPIs through monthly inventory reviews with commercial teams
• Develop and publish regional reports and initiatives to manage excess and surplus inventory levels
• Develop strategic regional allocations, supply commitments, and operational horizon plans in collaboration with key stakeholders
• Coordinate monthly launch and event planning and execution processes, proactively managing and communicating risks
• Lead the planning and execution of seasonal holiday programmes
• Support process integration with Demand Planning, Retail Supply Chain, and Distribution & Logistics functions
• Drive evolution of the IBP process through brand partnership and cross-functional collaboration
• Escalate and communicate issues clearly whilst developing and implementing resolutions
• Manage and execute wider supply chain transformation and optimization projects

Qualifications

• Degree-level education or equivalent qualification
• Proven experience managing and developing a team
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and SAP Business Intelligence
• Advanced systems competency with SAP Supply Chain Management (SCM), ECC, and Advanced Planning & Optimization (APO)
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities including Power BI
• Ability to interpret complex data and translate findings into actionable business insights
• Proven project management skills
• Demonstrated experience liaising with senior management and key stakeholders
• Excellent attention to detail and high levels of accuracy

Experience

Minimum 8–10 years of progressive supply chain experience, with at least 3–5 years in a senior planning or leadership capacity within a complex, multi-brand FMCG or luxury beauty environment. Demonstrated track record of team leadership, process optimization, and successful implementation of supply chain analytics platforms in a global organization.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Mathematics, Economics, or related discipline; or equivalent professional qualification and demonstrable expertise.
