Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations and team leadership
- Coach and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Conduct opening and closing store procedures on a rotating basis, including cash reconciliation and secure handover
- Model desired sales behaviors and performance standards to inspire team achievement of targets
- Execute cash handling operations and ensure accurate daily reconciliation
- Lead by example to create a high-performing retail environment that exceeds sales and customer service objectives
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capacity to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Proof of right to live and work in the United States

Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty.
