Estée Lauder Companies seeks a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth, efficient retail operations at a prestige beauty store. This supervisory-track role leverages exceptional coaching and mentoring capabilities to lead the sales team by example, delivering inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service while achieving sales and customer service targets. Responsibilities include daily cash reconciliation, opening and closing store operations on a rotating schedule, and fostering a high-performance retail environment. Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations and team leadership
- Coach and mentor sales team members to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Conduct opening and closing store procedures on a rotating basis, including cash reconciliation and secure handover
- Model desired sales behaviors and performance standards to inspire team achievement of targets
- Execute cash handling operations and ensure accurate daily reconciliation
- Lead by example to create a high-performing retail environment that exceeds sales and customer service objectives
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capacity to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Proof of right to live and work in the United States

Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Desirable experience includes retail operations (cash reconciliation, opening and closing procedures), supervisory or team leadership roles involving coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales targets, and familiarity with retail point-of-sale systems.

Compensation
