Estée Lauder Companies seeks Senior Project Manager, Store Design in Ho Chi Minh City to lead strategic store design projects across the market.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead on-time delivery of high-quality, on-budget store opening executions
- Drive alignment with local brand stakeholders across store design initiatives
- Manage capital expenditure budget planning and cost control in partnership with local business and finance teams
- Initiate PRF processes and coordinate communication between the design team and local commercial and brand stakeholders
- Manage purchase order processes related to store design projects
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project timelines and delivery schedules
- Partner with Singapore team and implementation partners to drive CAPEX budget optimization and cost efficiency
- Ensure consistent execution quality standards and gather stakeholder feedback
- Coordinate local material matching and ensure adherence to global brand standards
- Lead RFQ processes, vendor selection, competitive bidding, and execution quality control
- Provide technical expertise in design implementation to achieve cost optimization
- Review technical drawings for Tier 2 projects and below
- Manage store maintenance budgets and operational costs
- Oversee minor retrofit projects and associated expenditures
- Maintain post-installation reporting, project documentation, and data libraries
- Maintain comprehensive photographic records of new store openings and renovations
- Maintain fixture storage catalogues and inventory records
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Visual Merchandising, Marketing, Business, or related field
- Proven experience in retail project management, store planning, visual merchandising, or event execution
- Strong understanding of retail operations, visual merchandising standards, and construction or fit-out processes
- Demonstrated experience managing budgets, vendors, timelines, and cross-functional stakeholders
- Proficiency in project management, stakeholder management, budget and cost control, and vendor and procurement management
- Experience working across regional or multicultural markets is advantageous
