Role & Responsibilities
- Rotate through four six-month rotational assignments across supply chain functions including global supplier relations, global business planning, and North America customer supply chain
- Gain exposure to strategic sourcing, tactical purchasing, logistics, supplier quality, global planning, and production scheduling under direction of program and rotation managers
- Participate in intensive three-week onboarding program and regularly scheduled capability building sessions
- Engage with senior leadership across the organization and receive formal and informal feedback to drive continuous development
- Complete full week of developmental education between first and second rotations
- Contribute to strategic supply chain initiatives across manufacturing, planning, sourcing, and distribution operations
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed Master's or MBA degree with graduation date between December 2026 and August 2027
- Under five years of full-time non-internship work experience between undergraduate and graduate studies
- Demonstrated record of achievement with strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Permanent US work authorization without restriction; no sponsorship available
- Global exposure or study abroad experience is advantageous
