Role & Responsibilities
- Define and communicate technology roadmaps in alignment with corporate strategy and business objectives
- Evaluate, design, build, and support enterprise software applications that power Order and Inventory Management operations
- Lead and develop high-performing technical teams through all project phases, from conception to delivery
- Collaborate with multiple business and IT stakeholders to create and adopt technology solutions
- Prototype, build, test, and deliver software solutions in partnership with technical teams
- Research and implement technology best practices for software quality, security, usability, and enterprise integration

Experience
10+ years of professional experience in enterprise software architecture, order management systems, and supply chain technology; demonstrated success leading transformation programs and managing large-scale technology implementations in the luxury, retail, or fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) sector preferred.
Education
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university with a strong academic record; advanced degree (MBA or equivalent) in a related field is a plus.
