Estée Lauder Companies seeks Senior Manager, Demand Planning and Integrated Business Planning for Travel Retail in Kuala Lumpur. Drive strategic DP/IBP initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead the assessment and redesign of demand planning and integrated business planning (DP/IBP) processes in Travel Retail Supply Chain to improve efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with global standards
- Drive alignment with Brand DP/IBP teams across Travel Retail East and West regions to standardize and streamline processes, ensuring consistency across markets
- Engage with key stakeholders across Travel Retail functions, including senior leadership, to build awareness and buy-in for change initiatives
- Lead communication and collaboration between cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for DP/IBP processes
- Guide Travel Retail regional teams (Regional Brand DP/IBP, Brand/Marketing, Finance) as Subject Matter Expert in emerging integrated business planning topics
- Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy to support the roll-out and adoption of DP/IBP processes in Travel Retail Supply Chain globally
- Align strategic plans with overall business strategy and objectives
- Develop and deliver training programs to enhance capabilities of regional teams in DP/IBP processes and tools
- Drive and develop a culture of continuous improvement and learning within the Supply Chain function
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- 6–8 years of experience in change management, demand planning, or integrated business planning within a multinational environment
- Proven experience leading large-scale change initiatives and process improvements
- Strong knowledge of DP/IBP processes, tools, and best practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with cross-functional teams
Skills
Experience
6–8 years of experience in change management, demand planning, or integrated business planning within a multinational environment, with proven track record in leading large-scale change initiatives and process improvements.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certification is preferred.
