The Seasonal Sales Associate creates personalized customer experiences, supports in-store events and upholds visual merchandising standards at The Cosmetics Company Store in Grand Prairie. The role welcomes applicants with amateur-level experience and requires availability for retail hours, including nights, weekends and special events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Contribute to in-store events as part of a high-performing team.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to help the store stand out from competitors.
Qualifications
- Retail sales experience or amateur-level experience demonstrating a high level of creative and technical expertise; a retail sales qualification is preferred.
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Proof of the right to live and work in the country must be provided if invited to interview.
