The Seasonal Beauty Advisor provides personalized make-up consultations and customer service, supports in-store events and visual merchandising, and contributes to a high-performing team. The role is part-time and temporary, with retail hours that include days, nights, weekends and special events.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Use creative and technical expertise in make-up artistry to serve customers.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
- Help ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in make-up artistry or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Availability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events, in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
