Estée Lauder Companies seeks a part-time Key Holder in Queenstown, MD to support store management and lead sales team coaching at the Premium Outlets location.
Role & Responsibilities
- Coach and mentor sales associates to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Execute start and end of day cash reconciliation procedures
- Open and close the store on a rotational basis
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily operations
- Model company behaviors and service standards for the sales team
- Work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably in cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to deliver inspirational and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash handling and store opening/closing (desirable)
- Previous supervisory or coaching/mentoring experience (desirable)
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software (desirable)
- Ability to work retail schedule including nights, weekends, and special events
- Right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring sales associates to achieve targets is desirable. Retail operations experience with cash reconciliation and store opening/closing procedures is preferred.
