Role & Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Previous supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Familiarity with retail point-of-sale (POS) software systems
- Ability to work flexible retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proof of legal right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Minimum 2–3 years of retail experience, preferably in cosmetics, makeup, or prestige beauty. Prior supervisory experience or retail operations responsibility is desirable but not essential for candidates demonstrating strong leadership potential.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; further retail, business, or related education is advantageous but not required.
