Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in day-to-day store operations and strategic retail execution
- Lead and mentor the sales team through coaching and exemplary modeling of customer service behaviors
- Conduct opening and closing procedures on a rotational basis, including cash reconciliation and point-of-sale operations
- Ensure consistent delivery of inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service to achieve sales and service targets
- Monitor and maintain retail standards, product presentation, and store environment
- Train team members on product knowledge and customer engagement techniques
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty

- Demonstrated excellence in cash handling and retail operations (opening/closing procedures)
- Previous supervisory experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Right to live and work in the United States
