Role & Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring efficient daily store operations
- Lead, coach, and mentor sales team members to deliver authentic, personalized customer service
- Perform opening and closing store procedures on a rota basis
- Execute daily and end-of-day cash reconciliation and handle cash transactions
- Model sales behaviours and customer service excellence to inspire the sales team
- Achieve and exceed sales and customer service targets
- Operate retail point-of-sale software
- Manage retail operations during assigned shifts in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures (desirable)
- Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring (desirable)
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty. Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing the store is desirable. Previous supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable.
