As a Beauty Advisor at Estée Lauder Companies, the candidate will deliver personalized and welcoming service to customers while achieving all sales and customer service targets. The role requires passion for the brand, products, and services, ensuring each customer experiences an educational, inspiring, and satisfying shopping experience. The incumbent will collaborate with the store team to maintain visual merchandising standards and contribute to the overall aesthetic excellence of the retail environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized and customized customer service to achieve sales targets and customer satisfaction goals
- Welcome customers warmly and provide expert product guidance and recommendations
- Maintain product knowledge and educate customers on brand offerings and benefits
- Support visual merchandising standards and ensure store compliance with Company visual guidelines
- Collaborate with the retail team to create an inspiring and welcoming store environment
- Work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Qualifications
- Demonstrated customer service expertise with ability to provide personalized service
- Previous retail or beauty industry experience preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexibility
- Eligibility to work and reside in Turkey (proof of work authorization required)
