The Sales Associate combines make-up artistry and technical expertise to create personalized customer experiences, support in-store events, and maintain visual merchandising standards at The Cosmetics Company Store in Orlando. This part-time seasonal role offers an anticipated hourly range of $16.50–$20.00, depending on experience, skills, education, and budget, with geographic variation; it is also eligible for a competitive bonus program.
Role & Responsibilities
- Combine make-up artistry and technical expertise with a passion for people to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Contribute to in-store events as part of a high-performing team.
- Help ensure the store meets visual merchandising standards and stands out from competitors.
Qualifications
- A make-up artistry qualification or previous retail make-up experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Must be able to provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 16.50 to USD 20 per hour.
