The Sales Associate delivers personalized beauty experiences, supports in-store events and visual merchandising, and contributes to a high-performing retail team at The Cosmetics Company Store in Allen. This is a seasonal, part-time role with an anticipated base salary of $17.63–$20.00 per hour, based on a 40-hour work week and scaled to the schedule; eligible employees may also participate in a commission or bonus plan.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational and personalized in-store experience that educates and delights customers.
- Work as part of a high-performing team to create impact through in-store events.
- Ensure the store meets high visual merchandising standards and stands out against competitors.
Qualifications
- A qualification in retail sales experience is preferred; applicants with amateur-level experience are welcome if they can demonstrate a high level of creative and technical expertise.
- Demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service.
- Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
- Provide proof of the right to live and work in the country if invited to interview.
