Role & Responsibilities
- Provide mentoring and coaching to sales team members to drive achievement of sales and customer service targets

Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing store procedures
- Previous supervisory experience that includes coaching and mentoring staff
- Ability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or luxury beauty. Previous supervisory experience involving coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing is highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or business-related education is advantageous.
