Estée Lauder Companies seeks a dynamic Key Holder to support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in ensuring smooth and efficient store operations. This supervisory role demands strong coaching and mentoring capabilities to lead by example and cultivate inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service that achieves all sales and service targets. The position encompasses cash reconciliation, store opening and closing duties, and leadership of the sales team across a rotating schedule.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide mentoring and coaching to sales team members to drive achievement of sales and customer service targets
- Model and reinforce behaviors aligned with delivering inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Perform start and end of day cash reconciliation and point-of-sale operations
- Conduct store opening and closing procedures on a rota basis
- Support the Store Manager and Assistant Manager in day-to-day store operations
- Manage retail floor operations during assigned shifts in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or prestige beauty
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Previous retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing store procedures
- Previous supervisory experience that includes coaching and mentoring staff
- Ability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Right to live and work in the United States
Skills
Experience
Proven retail experience, preferably within cosmetics or luxury beauty. Previous supervisory experience involving coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is desirable. Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and store opening/closing is highly valued.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent; retail or business-related education is advantageous.

Compensation
The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 19.35 to USD 25.85 per hour.
