Role & Responsibilities
- Support Store Manager and Assistant Manager in daily store operations and strategic initiatives
- Provide coaching and mentoring to sales team members, modeling desired customer service and sales behaviors

- Execute start and end of day cash reconciliation with precision and accountability
- Open and close the store on a rota basis, ensuring all security and operational protocols are followed

Qualifications

- Strong cash handling skills and experience with cash reconciliation
- Retail operations experience including opening and closing procedures
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience with coaching and mentoring capabilities
- Proficiency with retail point-of-sale software
- Ability to work flexible retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events
- Proof of right to live and work in the United States (required if invited to interview)

Experience
Previous retail experience, preferably within cosmetics. Retail operations experience including cash reconciliation and opening/closing procedures is desirable. Prior supervisory experience including coaching and mentoring others to achieve sales and customer service targets is advantageous.
