Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop Sales Associates to achieve sales, customer service, and operational targets
- Create and execute an agile business plan with accountability for recruiting and retaining customers through strategic targeting and impactful in-store events
- Implement exceptional customer relationship management practices and lead a high-performing team
