Role & Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the Regional Brand Creative team, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, accountability, and growth
- Establish and uphold creative vision and quality standards across all North American consumer touchpoints
- Concept and lead integrated 360° campaigns from ideation through production, post-production, and delivery

- Strong strategic thinking with ability to translate business objectives into compelling ideas and consumer experiences
