Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the production process on assigned assembly lines, maintaining continuity and efficiency throughout the night shift
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring to 6–10 production team members, including task allocation and performance management
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, hygiene standards, SOPs, and GMP requirements, maintaining equipment cleanliness and workplace organization
- Coordinate machine setup and calibration with Set-Up Operators, overseeing line startup and troubleshooting
- Conduct in-process quality inspections and line release procedures in accordance with standard operating procedures
- Identify and resolve minor equipment disruptions and process deviations
- Record production data, material transactions, and shift documentation in SAP
- Deputize for shift management as required
Qualifications
- Vocational qualification in Plant Operations (Anlageführer/in EFZ) or Food Technology (Lebensmitteltechnologe/in EFZ), or equivalent production experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a production supervisor or line leader
- GMP experience in cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing (preferred)
- Technical aptitude for machinery and manufacturing systems
- Proficiency in German (written and spoken)
- Experience with SAP in a production environment

Education
Vocational training (EFZ) in Plant Operations, Food Technology, or equivalent professional qualification in production or manufacturing. Secondary education or higher.
