Estée Lauder Companies is recruiting a Line Operator to join its manufacturing facility in Shimotsuma, Japan. The successful candidate will operate and monitor production line equipment for perfumes, cosmetics, and beauty products, performing equipment checks, quality inspections, and production record maintenance while adhering to strict safety and quality standards.
Role & Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor production line equipment to manufacture perfumes, cosmetics, and beauty products to quality and safety standards
- Perform routine maintenance checks and troubleshooting on assigned line machinery
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure compliance with quality specifications
- Follow standardized operating procedures and safety protocols at all times
- Maintain accurate production records and log data as required
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Experience
