Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and manage the production process at the assigned line, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to output and quality specifications
- Provide technical and personnel leadership to a team of 6–10 operators, including task allocation and performance feedback
- Enforce all relevant regulations, safety protocols, hygiene standards, SOPs, and GMP requirements; maintain orderliness and cleanliness of the production area
- Coordinate machine setup and changeover with Setup Operators; prepare and validate production lines for new runs
- Conduct in-process quality controls and line releases in accordance with established SOPs
- Troubleshoot and resolve minor equipment malfunctions and production disruptions
- Record all production data and material transactions in SAP
- Deputize for the shift supervisor when required
Qualifications
- Professional qualification as Equipment Operator EFZ (Anlageführer/in EFZ) or Food Technologist EFZ, or equivalent extensive production experience
- Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a line supervisor or equivalent leadership role in a production environment
- GMP experience in cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical manufacturing preferred
- Proficiency with SAP in a production context
- Strong technical aptitude with machinery and production equipment
- Excellent teamwork, assertiveness, and safety awareness
- Motivational and positive leadership personality
- Fluent German (spoken and written)

Minimum 3 years of professional experience as a production line supervisor or equivalent leadership position in a manufacturing environment, preferably in cosmetics, food, or pharmaceutical production.
Education
Vocational qualification as Equipment Operator EFZ (Anlageführer/in EFZ) or Food Technologist EFZ (Lebensmitteltechnologe/in EFZ), or documented equivalent production experience.
