Estée Lauder Companies seeks a data-driven intern to support the Commercialization New Product Launch department at their Oevel manufacturing facility. The role combines product portfolio management, supply chain coordination, and data analytics, with responsibilities including Power BI dashboard development, production planning support, and milestone tracking across multiple global beauty brands. The intern will engage with cross-functional stakeholders to manage product availability reporting and contribute to special operational projects.
Role & Responsibilities
- Build and maintain Power BI dashboards for product portfolio management and supply chain visibility
- Track new product development timelines and milestone achievements across multiple stakeholders
- Support production planning and scheduling for new product launches
- Generate and manage product availability and status reports
- Liaise between development teams and operational departments to ensure project coordination
- Perform administrative follow-ups and documentation for product launch initiatives
- Participate in special projects and assignments related to product commercialization
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in Bachelor or Master degree program
- Strong interest in supply chain management and data analytics
- Fluency in English (Dutch language is advantageous)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint and Excel
- Knowledge of Power BI
- Available for a minimum of 12 weeks, with preference for longer tenure
Skills
Experience
Student status with enrollment in a Bachelor or Master program. Previous experience in supply chain, data analytics, or product management is advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor or Master degree program, preferably in supply chain management, data analytics, business administration, or a related field.
