The role combines makeup artistry with customer engagement, in-store event execution, and visual merchandising excellence to maintain competitive retail standards. Applicants with makeup artistry certification or professional retail makeup experience are preferred, though amateur-level expertise combined with demonstrated creative and technical proficiency is welcomed.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide inspirational and personalized in-store makeup consultations and application services
- Create welcoming, educational customer experiences that drive brand loyalty and delight
- Execute in-store beauty events and activations as part of a collaborative team
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising to differentiate the store from competitors
- Operate retail point-of-sale software accurately and efficiently
- Work flexible retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise accepted
- Proven ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Capability to work retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software systems
- Right to live and work in Turkey (proof required upon interview invitation)
