Role & Responsibilities
- Provide expert makeup artistry services and personalized beauty consultations to customers
- Execute in-store beauty events and promotional activities to drive sales and brand engagement
- Maintain premium visual merchandising standards throughout the retail environment
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and process customer transactions accurately
- Educate customers on product benefits, application techniques, and brand offerings
- Collaborate with team members to achieve store performance targets and maintain service excellence
- Work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, and special events
Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise also considered
