Estée Lauder Companies seeks an Assistant Manager, Performance Marketing in New York to execute Search and Programmatic campaigns across multiple brands.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day execution of Search and Programmatic campaigns across multiple ELC brands, including setup, trafficking, quality assurance, launch, and ongoing maintenance
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance against KPIs; identify issues and opportunities and recommend optimization strategies
- Implement routine optimizations to targeting, bids, budgets, placements, and creative assets based on performance trends and industry best practices
- Develop and execute on-site advertising plans by translating broader strategic initiatives into clear, actionable campaign activations
- Partner with Executive Director, brand marketing leads, and agency or retailer contacts to coordinate campaign inputs, timelines, and approvals
- Gather relevant data and synthesize key considerations to support recommendations on targeting, creative, and platform settings
- Complete campaign setup, trafficking, and execution with accuracy and timeliness, ensuring alignment of creative, targeting, tracking, and budgets with approved plans
- Conduct regular performance checks and optimizations to improve campaign efficiency and delivery
- Prepare recurring performance reports and campaign summaries that communicate results, insights, and recommended actions to stakeholders
- Maintain accurate reporting files, pacing trackers, and campaign documentation to ensure data consistency and usability
- Leverage campaign performance insights to inform future planning, testing, and budget allocation discussions
- Track advertising budgets and spend in partnership with the Amazon CA Media Lead, escalating pacing or financial concerns as required
- Support forecasting, pacing, and reconciliation processes while identifying opportunities for budget reallocation
- Stay informed on emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in digital display and video advertising
- Test and adopt new tools, data capabilities, and media approaches that enhance campaign effectiveness under manager direction
- Participate in cross-functional planning sessions, performance reviews, and innovation initiatives, sharing updates and following through on assigned responsibilities
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, digital media, paid search, programmatic advertising, or related field
- Demonstrated hands-on experience with campaign setup, optimization, pacing, reporting, and performance analysis
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Comfort and proficiency working with spreadsheets and marketing platforms

Experience
2–4 years of professional experience in performance marketing, digital media, paid search, programmatic advertising, or a closely related discipline, with demonstrated hands-on expertise in campaign management and optimization.
