Estée Lauder Companies seeks Paid Media Manager in Mumbai to lead performance marketing across 17-brand portfolio and drive digital revenue growth.
Role & Responsibilities
- Lead strategic performance marketing and media initiatives across brand and corporate teams, delivering key growth metrics in performance channels
- Define corporate marketing channel strategy for social and broad reach channels within the performance marketing mix
- Provide performance marketing subject matter expertise to brand teams on driving traffic and improving strategy, with particular focus on social and broad reach
- Act as product owner for 8+ social media channels and platforms, managing roadmap delivery and training brand teams on new features and ad products
- Manage key media partners and vendors relationships to unlock business value through joint business plans, QBRs, co-investment agreements, and measurement agendas
- Analyze traffic and revenue trends across performance marketing channels to identify opportunities and deliver incremental online revenue and market share
- Compile and cascade online marketing insights and best practice guidelines across all brands
- Collaborate with Enterprise Marketing and Online team to identify consumer segmentation opportunities and optimize marketing channel performance
- Oversee performance marketing testing framework and identify innovation opportunities for incremental growth
- Ensure financial compliance and accuracy across branded marketing channel suppliers including invoicing and purchase order management
Qualifications
- Well-developed digital marketing experience, particularly in performance, social and broad reach channels
- Proven track record of driving measurable performance results
- Deep understanding of performance media analytics, metrics and dashboards
- Subject matter expertise in paid media strategies and activation
- Demonstrated expertise in ad-tech best practices and managing new ad tech product delivery
- Ability to influence and build collaborative relationships with partners and internal colleagues
- Capacity to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience with GA360, Google Ads/SA360 and related Google Suite tools
- Experience managing successful digital marketing partner and agency relationships
