Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an Online Strategic Initiatives Coordinator intern for a six-month role starting in July 2026, based in Neuilly-sur-Seine and supporting online strategic initiatives across EMEA. The role spans more than 15 brands and multiple digital, commerce and omnichannel topics, with exposure to affiliate and regional brand teams, hands-on experience and continuous leadership development.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support and drive transversal online strategic initiatives and projects across the EMEA region.
- Help animate the team and support strategy follow-up and preparation.
- Collaborate on projects serving all EMEA countries and more than 15 brands.
- Work across digital marketing, e-commerce, supply chain, consumer care, media, CRM, data and content, and across direct-to-consumer, e-retail, pure-play, marketplace and omnichannel channels.
Qualifications
- BAC+5 minimum education level.
- At least 1 year of experience.
- Fluent English required; French is a plus.
- High drive and commitment to assigned topics and tasks.
- Motivated and willing mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment across several markets and functions.
- Analytical skills and proven rigor, with a zero-defect mindset.
- Strong mastery of PowerPoint and slide design.
- Mastery of Excel.
- Demonstrated written and oral communication skills.
- Business sense, curiosity and the drive to create impact across projects.
- Ability to take a step back, find solutions and make proposals.
