Role & Responsibilities
- Drive digital shelf excellence across e-pharma partners, ensuring optimized online brand visibility and product content
- Execute digital campaigns, product launches, and online merchandising initiatives to maximize performance and engagement
- Monitor digital performance metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify growth opportunities and recommend corrective actions
- Conduct market and competitor analysis to inform channel strategies and identify emerging opportunities
- Manage online marketing investments, monitor promotional budgets, and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing activities
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Commercial, and external partners to deliver best-in-class execution and aligned initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in a similar e-commerce or online sales coordinator role
- Bachelor's degree with focus or expertise in e-commerce, marketing, or related field
- Master's degree preferred
- Demonstrated experience working in a fast-paced commercial environment, preferably within FMCG
- Practical knowledge of e-commerce platforms and online sales environments; e-pharma or online retail channel experience highly valued
- Strong analytical capabilities with ability to identify critical issues, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple concurrent projects
- Excellent organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and structured follow-through
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Fluent communication skills in both Greek and English, written and oral
