Role & Responsibilities
- Perform daily website checks to ensure all offers, functionality, and site performance meet standards; escalate issues to the Online Manager and e-merchandising team
- Assist with e-merchandising cross-functional projects including content updates, page refreshes, and translation management
- Support new product launch (NPL) initiatives through content validation, site audits, and image alt-text translation and renaming
- Execute administrative tasks including SKU configuration, OCD updates, and assortment creation and maintenance
- Manage CMS tasks including URL updates, quick fixes, and urgent last-minute modifications
- Monitor and support NET store updates and e-partner compliance with guidelines
Qualifications
- Degree in progress or recently completed in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or related discipline
- Proven attention to detail and strong organizational abilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Prior experience in e-commerce operations or digital retail environments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations
- Familiarity with digital media and online advertising platforms
- Ability to thrive in cross-functional, collaborative teams within high-velocity environments
- Fluent English proficiency (written and verbal); French and/or German language skills are advantageous

Experience
Prior experience in e-commerce, digital retail, or online marketing environments is preferred. Familiarity with multi-brand or portfolio management is advantageous.

Degree in progress or recently completed in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
