The Estée Lauder Companies Middle East seeks a Media and Online Intern for a six-month internship in Dubai. The intern will support paid media, e-commerce launches, digital content, partner coordination, sample management, and campaign tracking across Media, E-commerce, and Brand teams.
Role & Responsibilities
- Support paid media campaign execution, reporting, budget tracking, and coordination with agencies and stakeholders.
- Support online launches, promotions, and product listings across retailer websites and brand channels.
- Coordinate campaign assets and product content to ensure launches go live on time.
- Work with retailer, distributor, and agency partners to support launches and promotional activities.
- Help manage product sample requests, deliveries, and tracking for retailer content and campaign activations.
- Maintain trackers, calendars, and shared files; coordinate and follow up to keep projects on track.
Qualifications
- Current or recently completed degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Ideally 1–2 years of work experience.
- Curiosity about beauty, digital marketing, and e-commerce.
- Interest in both the creative and analytical sides of marketing.
- Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and confidence using Excel and PowerPoint.
- Proactive attitude, willingness to ask questions, and enthusiasm for learning.
