Role & Responsibilities
- Expertly operate complex machinery via HMI interfaces, ensuring precise control over production parameters
- Execute comprehensive preventative maintenance and end-to-end equipment changeovers to maximize uptime and machine longevity
- Diagnose and differentiate between mechanical and electrical failures, implementing sustainable solutions to minimize operational downtime
- Manage work orders, parts procurement, and asset documentation using CMMS (IBM Maximo)
- Maintain compliance with Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and actively participate in EH&S and BBS safety initiatives
- Ensure adherence to cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) and GDP (Good Documentation Practices) standards
- Identify and own line-side improvement projects to reduce scrap and prevent deviations
- Support diverse business areas with flexibility and maintain excellent attendance
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of mechanical and electrical systems
- Proficiency in CMMS software, specifically IBM Maximo
- Knowledge of LOTO, cGMP, and GDP protocols
- Proficient written and oral communication skills
- Strong leadership abilities with capacity for independent judgment
- Team-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
- Resourceful and adaptable to fast-paced manufacturing environments
Skills
Experience
Demonstrated experience operating industrial machinery, performing preventative maintenance, and managing equipment changeovers in a regulated manufacturing environment. Proven ability to diagnose and resolve both mechanical and electrical issues, with a track record of excellent attendance and commitment to safety protocols.
Education
High school diploma or equivalent required; trade certification or vocational training in mechanical or electrical systems preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 22.75 to USD 37.75 per hour.
