Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Material Handler for 2nd shift distribution operations in Bristol, Pennsylvania. Hourly wage $17–$28.
Role & Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials from interplant and external facilities using manual and powered material handling equipment
- Verify transaction accuracy against production records and physically inspect goods to validate condition
- Operate warehouse management systems to document and process shipping and receiving orders
- Build and manage pallets according to EXACTA and customer supplier specifications
- Retrieve, put away, and replenish materials throughout the facility and load onto transportation vehicles
- Maintain inventory accuracy, stock control, and cleanliness of the work environment
- Complete pre-shift equipment checklists, including battery water levels, charging status, and cleaning
- Troubleshoot and communicate problems to ensure timely turnover in shipping and sortation areas
- Follow all safety and good manufacturing practice (GMP) protocols
- Assist in training new employees and perform additional duties as assigned
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Some experience in a warehouse or distribution environment preferred
- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate Microsoft Windows Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Forklift certification mandatory within 90 days of hire
- Powered Material Handling Equipment (PMHE) License required
- Effective communication skills with demonstrated proficiency in English (reading and writing)
- Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
- Attention to detail
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs maximum, with frequent lifting and carrying of up to 35 lbs
- Ability to stand for extended periods throughout the shift
