The Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Material Handler for first-shift operations at its Bristol, Pennsylvania distribution facility. The role encompasses inventory management, product movement, and warehouse operations supporting the supply chain for a global portfolio of prestige skincare, makeup, fragrance, and hair care brands. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to logistics excellence for one of the world's leading luxury goods manufacturers.
Role & Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and organize incoming materials and finished goods in the distribution center
- Operate material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet jacks to move products efficiently
- Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure proper labeling and storage protocols
- Prepare orders for shipment and verify accuracy of outbound deliveries
- Assist in maintaining a safe, clean, and organized warehouse environment
- Collaborate with supply chain team members to meet operational targets and deadlines
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
