Estée Lauder Companies seeks a Marketing Intern in Ho Chi Minh City to support brand campaigns, launches, and affiliate marketing initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive 360-degree presentations for product launches detailing all available marketing tools and resources for affiliate partners
- Coordinate affiliate marketing initiatives including sampling programs, gift-with-purchase (GWP) items, and point-of-sale materials (POSM)
- Monitor and benchmark competitive makeup brands and marketing trends across social media platforms
- Provide daily support to affiliate partners with marketing collateral, visual assets, presentations, and promotional tools
- Consolidate monthly sales performance data and distribution rollout information by country
- Monitor inventory levels and provide stock status updates to management
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and business documentation for client meetings, partner discussions, and distributor presentations
- Execute daily administrative tasks to ensure seamless departmental coordination and functionality
- Support the retail marketing team in organizing, reviewing, and implementing various projects and campaigns
- Maintain and update spreadsheets and databases with statistical, financial, and operational information
- Coordinate the organization and execution of promotional events, press events, in-store activations, and digital campaigns
- Support retail marketing implementation of in-store events, promotional mechanics, product testers, and visual merchandising
- Monitor social media platforms for trending topics, consumer feedback, and market insights
Qualifications
- Currently in the final year of studies or recently graduated with a background in marketing, business, or related field
- Fluent in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent organizational and analytical capabilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work effectively with team members at all organizational levels
- Demonstrated initiative and capacity to work autonomously
- Experience or exposure to the beauty, fashion, or consumer goods industry is preferred
