Role & Responsibilities
- Operate the Pre-weigh Locator system to identify raw materials and assemble weighed chemicals for production jobs
- Print chemical container labels and verify assembly accuracy within the Pre-weigh system
- Transport completed jobs to designated locations using Shop Floor reports
- Safely operate material handling equipment including transporters, hi-los, and forklifts
- Handle and transport chemicals throughout the facility in compliance with safety protocols
- Maintain strong attendance and punctuality records
- Work flexible shifts and overtime as required
Qualifications
- Completed classroom training for material handling equipment
- Valid in-house material handling license
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum six months of Pre-Weigh experience
- Strong English reading and writing skills
- Basic mathematical abilities including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division
- Familiarity with metric weights and measures
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Physical capability to work in dusty, oily, and noisy environments
- Experience handling and transporting chemicals
