Role & Responsibilities
- Independently lead assigned partnership and JBP workstreams, make decisions within scope and drive alignment across ELC, WPP and media partners
- Support governance of ELC's Global Media Partnerships and JBPs, tracking commitments, investment achievement, commercial benefits, media credits and strategic program delivery
- Own defined partner deliverables and strategic programs from planning through execution and closeout
- Support annual JBP planning, biannual business reviews and translation of partner commitments into actionable programs for Brands, Regions and Affiliates
- Design and deploy partner-led programming across Brands, Regions and Affiliates, leading education and capability-building initiatives
- Develop and maintain playbooks, activation guides, operating principles and tools that support program adoption
- Lead assigned workstreams for approved innovation pilots, including coordination of Vendor Risk Assessments, Privacy Assessments and implementation planning
- Serve as key connector between Global Growth Marketing & Media, WPP, media partners and ELC stakeholders, managing productive working relationships
- Establish clear timelines, responsibilities, dependencies and follow-up across assigned initiatives
- Track JBP commitments, investment achievement, commercial benefits, media credits, strategic programs and partner deliverables with accurate status reporting
- Identify and escalate risks, investment gaps and delivery issues in a timely manner
- Facilitate meetings, working sessions and status updates to maintain alignment and momentum across teams
- Surface risks, decision points and resource requirements to the Senior Manager and Global Media Strategy & Partnerships Lead
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in media planning, activation, digital marketing, agency management or media partnerships
- Hands-on experience in media planning and/or activation, ideally with global media partners such as Google, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok or comparable platforms
- Strong understanding of how media strategies translate into activation plans, market execution and business outcomes
- Proven experience managing projects or workstreams across internal teams, clients, agencies, external stakeholders and markets
- Demonstrated ability to organize complex initiatives, manage timelines, track dependencies and drive follow-up
- Experience building productive relationships with clients, agencies, media platforms or other external partners
- Ability to influence without authority, collaborate across functions and operate effectively in a complex, matrixed environment
- Experience supporting business plans, partnership programs, commercial commitments, incentives or similar value-delivery frameworks (preferred)
- Prior experience supporting upfronts and/or JBP partnerships (strongly preferred)
- Experience coordinating Vendor Risk Assessments, Privacy Assessments, procurement reviews or other enterprise approval processes (preferred)
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media or a related field; advanced degree preferred

Experience
Approximately 5–7 years of relevant experience in media planning, activation, digital marketing, agency management or media partnerships. Demonstrated expertise managing complex projects across internal teams, clients, agencies and external stakeholders. Prior exposure to business planning, partnership program management or upfront negotiations is highly valued.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Media or a related field; advanced degree preferred.

The base compensation for this position ranges from USD 87,550 to USD 143,800 per annum.
