Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized makeup consultation and application services to retail customers
- Organize and execute special events and promotional activities to drive sales and brand engagement
- Maintain the highest standards of visual merchandising to differentiate the store from competitors
- Adapt to retail operating hours including evenings, weekends, and special events in a dynamic work environment
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve performance targets and customer satisfaction goals
Qualifications
- Makeup certification and/or prior experience in cosmetics application and customer service (preferred but not required)
- Ability to demonstrate inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and special events
- Prior experience with retail point-of-sale systems (preferred)
- Valid work and residency documentation for Poland

Experience
Entry-level to basic experience in makeup application or customer service welcomed; previous cosmetics application experience is preferred but not required.
Education
Makeup certification or formal cosmetics training preferred; not strictly required for candidates with strong creative and technical foundation.
