The role encompasses makeup application, customer education, participation in in-store events, and maintaining visual merchandising standards. Role & Responsibilities
- Deliver inspirational, personalized makeup application services and consultations that educate and delight customers
- Participate in coordinated in-store events and product launches to create customer engagement and drive sales impact
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and counter presentation to ensure competitive differentiation
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and manage transactions accurately
- Collaborate with store teams to achieve performance targets and uphold brand standards
- Provide authentic, consultative customer service throughout retail operating hours
Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience (preferred but not required)
- Demonstrated high level of creative and technical makeup expertise

- Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software
