A highly skilled makeup artist will combine creativity and technical expertise in makeup application with a passion for people to deliver friendly, inspirational, and personalized experiences for retail customers. Operating as part of a high-performing team, the professional will contribute to achieving sales targets through special events, maintaining exceptional visual merchandising standards, and delivering expert consultations in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup consultations and applications that reflect customer needs and preferences
- Execute special promotional events and product demonstrations to drive engagement and sales
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and product displays to ensure an inspiring retail environment
- Deliver exceptional customer service that embodies authenticity, expertise, and attention to detail
- Work flexibly across retail hours, including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental sales objectives
Qualifications
- Makeup certification or formal training in cosmetics application is preferred but not required
- Demonstrated ability to provide inspiring, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Technical proficiency in makeup application techniques with strong creative sensibility
- Flexibility to work retail hours, including nights, weekends, and special events
- Valid work authorization for Poland at the time of interview
- Prior experience with retail point-of-sale systems is preferred

Experience
Entry-level candidates with strong creativity and technical foundation are welcome; prior experience in makeup services or customer-facing retail roles is advantageous but not required.
Education
Makeup certification or formal cosmetics training is desirable; secondary education minimum.
