Estée Lauder Companies seeks a skilled Makeup Artist to deliver personalized in-store beauty services, educating and inspiring customers through expert makeup application and consultations. The role combines creative artistry with retail excellence, requiring participation in in-store events and maintaining visual merchandising standards. This is an entry-level opportunity within the prestige beauty sector, offering comprehensive training and development for candidates with or without prior makeup artistry certification.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup application and consultation services that educate and delight customers
- Create inspirational in-store experiences through expert technical and creative makeup expertise
- Participate in in-store events and promotions to generate customer engagement and sales impact
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation to differentiate against competitors
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions efficiently during retail hours
- Demonstrate brand knowledge and communicate product benefits with authenticity and passion
- Work collaboratively as part of a high-performing retail team
Qualifications
- Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur level experience with demonstrated creative and technical expertise also considered
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Availability to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Legal right to work in Czech Republic; proof required if invited to interview

Experience
While certification in makeup artistry and previous retail makeup experience is desirable, the role welcomes applicants with amateur-level experience who can demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise.
