Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized makeup consultations and application services to customers
- Educate customers on product benefits, usage techniques, and brand heritage
- Execute in-store events and promotional activities to drive engagement and sales
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and counter presentation to exceed competitive standards
- Operate point-of-sale systems and process transactions accurately
