Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, inspirational in-store makeup application and beauty consultations to educate and delight customers
- Combine creative and technical expertise with passion for people to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate with high-performing retail teams to execute in-store events and promotional activities

Qualifications

- Flexibility to work full retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of right to live and work in Mexico required
Skills
Experience
Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; however, candidates with amateur-level experience who demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise will be considered. Prior experience working in fast-paced retail environments is beneficial.
Education
