Estée Lauder Companies seeks a highly skilled Beauty Advisor to deliver personalized, inspirational in-store makeup experiences at the Punta Norte outlet. In this temporary full-time position, you will combine creative and technical expertise with customer passion to educate and delight clients while maintaining premium visual merchandising standards and contributing to in-store events as part of a high-performing retail team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, inspirational in-store makeup application and beauty consultations to educate and delight customers
- Combine creative and technical expertise with passion for people to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Collaborate with high-performing retail teams to execute in-store events and promotional activities
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the beauty counter stands out competitively
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and manage customer transactions
- Work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications
- Certification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred; amateur-level experience acceptable with demonstrated technical and creative expertise
- Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Flexibility to work full retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and special events
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Proof of right to live and work in Mexico required
Skills
Experience
Makeup artistry certification or previous retail makeup experience is preferred; however, candidates with amateur-level experience who demonstrate strong creative and technical expertise will be considered. Prior experience working in fast-paced retail environments is beneficial.
Education
Certification in makeup artistry is desirable but not required; formal high school education or equivalent is typical for retail positions in prestige beauty.
