Estée Lauder Companies seeks a highly skilled Beauty Advisor to deliver a personalized, inspirational in-store experience through expert makeup application and authentic customer engagement. The successful candidate will combine creative and technical expertise with genuine passion for client service, while collaborating with the retail team to execute impactful in-store events and maintain elevated visual merchandising standards. Role & Responsibilities
- Provide personalized, inspirational makeup application and beauty consultation to customers
- Create a welcoming and educative in-store atmosphere that showcases Estée Lauder's prestige beauty portfolio
- Collaborate with team members to execute high-impact in-store events and promotions
- Maintain store visual merchandising standards to ensure competitive differentiation and brand excellence
- Operate retail point-of-sale systems and manage customer transactions accurately
- Educate customers on product benefits, ingredients, and application techniques tailored to individual skin types and preferences
Qualifications
- Qualification in makeup artistry or previous retail makeup experience preferred, though amateur-level expertise with demonstrated technical proficiency is welcome
- Proven ability to deliver inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service
- Flexibility to work retail hours including days, evenings, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced environment
- Experience with retail point-of-sale software
- Right to live and work in Turkey
